This is an episode from an early Australian documentary series produced by the Cinesound Movietone News Company in the late fifties. About 20 episodes were made covering the early 30s until the early 50s. In this episode, you will see The King, The Prime Minister, The Queen of Tonga, Aboriginals demonstrating boomerangs, Mexicans demonstrating precision knive throughing, A massive Boy Scout meeting, The winner of the Archibald prize, a man who lost both arms, some babies, German Sheperds, Sharks, Sir Charles Kingsford Smith (aviation pioneer) and a fat man riding a hippo.
