The Colgate Comedy Hour Presents "Anything Goes" (1954)This 1954 TV special was broadcast on the NBC network and it starred Ethel Merman, who was reprising the role that she played over twenty years earlier on the silver screen. The plot is somewhat different from the one in that 1936 movie and some of the characters' names [as well as the actors themselves] changed but Merman was constant throughout.
