Live from LaVal's #1

Live from LaVal's program taped on May 2, 1993. Hosted by Earl Oliver, this program featured ragtime picker, Peter Sanborn accompanied by the legendary harmonica player, Will Scarlett (one of the founding members of Hot Tuna, with Jorma Kaukonen, and Jack Casady from the San Francisco band, Jefferson Airplane. and who also worked extensively with the Grateful Dead) and Evan Dain on tuba (that's right, I said "tuba"). At the time of this taping, Peter Sanborn was one of two regular hosts of the Open Mic program (called "Hoot Night") at the Freight & Salvage Coffeehouse in Berkeley, CA.
