Robots!

Robot Combat enjoyed a period in the public eye when several television shows broadcast the robot fights. The most well-known of these shows were Battlebots, Robot Wars, and Robotica. Although the mainstream interest in robotic combat peaked with the airing of those shows, there are still dozens of smaller competitions around the USA and in other countries every year. A note about the Robot Combat videos - many of them are poor quality - mostly captured from old VHS tapes - some appear to have been captured by recording them off the TV screen with a video camera.
