Scott Hall's appearance on Nitro: another perspective

I have just read the MiCasa Newsletter this morning and there was some very interesting speculation concerning the appearance of the "Razor Ramon" character on Nitro last night.

Mike echoed one of my ideas (see Issue #5) that the whole thing is either a WCW work, or it is actually a scheme cooked up between the federations, but he takes the idea further. He points out that Hall emphasized that WCW should pick it's "three" best and implied that there would be some sort of cross-federation match or series of matches. Mike further speculates that the second WWF invader would be Kevin Nash and that the third one could be a WWF "undercover agent" in the person of Lex Lugar! This could be a brilliant deduction on his part - only time will tell.

The idea of Lugar being and "advance scout" for the WWF invaders would be a wonderful, very creative angle. I would point out that we have already seen a variation of this storyline used when it was "revealed" that Ed Leslie (Brutus Beefcake/Brother Bruti/Zodiac/Bootyman) was actually a Hulkamaniac spy within the Dungeon of Doom organization. This is not a new idea.

His final speculation is that some of these WWF invaders might actually be allowed to win some of the WCW gold therebye setting up for the return of Hogan later this summer. HH comes back to "save" the WCW!! What an angle!!!

I would urge my readers to check out the MiCasa Newsletter at:

and see what you think. He has printed a transcript of what Hall actually said on the broadcast. It makes very interesting reading.

Anyway, that's the way I see it...
