2.Jushin Thunder Liger {Keiichi Yamada}
12/25/91-Atlanta, GA
Jushin Liger held the following title in conjunction with the WCW World Light Heavyweight Title:

New Japan International World Grand Prix (IWGP) Junior Heavyweight Title.

5.Brad Armstrong {Robert James Jr.}
07/05/92-Atlanta, GA Brad Armstrong was stripped of the title on 09/02/92 when he was unable to defend due to a leg injury. A tournament to determine the new champion was postponed and then forgotten causing the title to become abandoned by WCW.
