06/19/79-Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States
Pat Patterson vacated the title during September of 1979 after it was replaced with the
WWF Intercontinental Heavyweight Title.

3.Seiji Sakaguchi
11/08/79-Otaru, JAPAN
The title was revived in Japan and was abandoned on March 20, 1981.
